RETURN POLICY

  1. ManoharLal Jewellers is offering its one-of-a-kind 7-Day Return Policy. We are committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our Website. However, if you are not happy with the product, you can choose to return the order in accordance with the Terms and Conditions contained herein.

  2. The return policy is valid for a duration of seven (7) days following the date on which delivery is made. The Buyer may request a return by sending an email to online@mlbjewels.com within this seven (7)-day period. Any return request submitted after this timeframe shall be deemed invalid.
    Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its original packaging, along with the invoice, cards, tags, and other accompanying documents.

  3. In the unlikely event that the order delivered is in a damaged condition, you may return the product unused and in the same condition as received, in its original packaging, along with the invoice, cards, tags, and other documents to receive a refund.
    Our courier partner will collect the order only from the original delivery address.

NOTE:
In such cases, we will refund the amount to your original source of payment or account within a maximum period of 30 days.


REFUND POLICY

For selling your jewellery, we would accept only ManoharLal Jewellers (MLB) products. Upon reselling our products back to us, deductions will apply as follows:

  • Studded Diamond Jewellery: MAKING CHARGES + GST + DISCOUNTS/SCHEMES (at the time of purchase) + 10%.

  • Solitaires: MAKING CHARGES + GST + DISCOUNTS/SCHEMES (at the time of purchase) + 5%.

  • Studded Uncut Diamond/Kundan Jewellery & Other Jewellery: MAKING CHARGES + GST + DISCOUNTS/SCHEMES (at the time of purchase) + 20%.

Please note that there will be no refund for precious stones, semi-precious stones, stringing, or any other miscellaneous charges.


EXCHANGE POLICY

For exchange of your jewellery, we would accept only ManoharLal Jewellers (MLB) products. Deductions will apply as follows:

  • Studded Diamond Jewellery: MAKING CHARGES + GST + DISCOUNTS/SCHEMES (at the time of purchase).

  • Solitaires: We offer a full value upgrade after deducting MAKING CHARGES + GST + DISCOUNTS/SCHEMES (at the time of purchase).

  • Studded Uncut Diamond/Kundan Jewellery: MAKING CHARGES + GST + DISCOUNTS/SCHEMES (at the time of purchase) + 10%.

Please note that no exchange will be allowed for precious stones, semi-precious stones, stringing, or other miscellaneous charges, and their amounts will be deducted.


HOW TO INITIATE REFUND PROCESS

  1. Customers should contact online@mlbjewels.com within 7 days from the receipt of the product.

  2. The Customer must wait for an email confirmation from ManoharLal Jewellers before returning the product.
    If the Customer delivers the product to any individual or logistics partner other than the person designated by the Company in said confirmation email, ManoharLal Jewellers shall bear no responsibility, and the Customer shall be ineligible for any refund.


Return and Refund Terms

a. All products must be returned in their original, unused, and unaltered condition, along with original packaging.
b. The return package must include the original invoice and Certificate of Authenticity. Returns without these documents will not be processed.
c. Product tags must be intact and unaltered. Jewellery must be returned in its original packaging. Non-compliance will result in rejection of the return.
d. Returns will only be accepted after the product passes our quality check.
e. Refunds will be processed only after receipt of the returned product in unused condition with original packaging, tags, and invoice.
f. Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment or by cheque (only if a debit/credit card was used for the order). The process takes 30 working days after the product passes our quality check.
g. For online payments, refunds will be processed within 30 working days after quality verification.
h. For COD orders, refunds will be made via cheque or NEFT, as preferred by the customer, within 30 working days after quality verification.
i. To receive refunds via NEFT, please email a scanned copy/photo of a cancelled cheque. If not provided, the refund will be sent via cheque to the registered address. The company is not liable for any loss of cheque, incorrect refund, or delays due to incorrect addresses.


REPLACEMENT POLICY

Replacements are applicable only for rings and bracelets, and only in cases of size discrepancies. The product must be unused.

ORDERS LOST IN TRANSIT

If an order is lost in transit, we will track it for a period of 150 days. If unsuccessful, a refund will be processed after 30 days from the end of the tracking period.
